The Wilkin family grow fruit around the village of Tiptree and turn it into jams, marmalades, chutneys and sauces that have been a British breakfast staple for generations. We supply jars, bottles and hotel portions.
A fruit farm in the Monts du Lyonnais turned juice house, now run by Romain and Marine Font. Pure juices and nectars with no added sugar, organic tonics, teas and grape juices, made for restaurants and hotels.
Mushroom specialists from Saugues in the Auvergne. Their shiitake chips are whole shiitakes, sliced thin and cooked slowly: a crisp, fibre-rich snack for the bar or the deli shelf.
